Using Fast Approve
-
Viewing Processes that Support Fast Approve:

- In workflows where Fast Approve is enabled, hovering over the first column of tasks reveals the three-dot (...) button.
-
Displaying Fast Approve Options:
- Clicking on the three-dot (...) button opens a menu with available task action buttons.
- These buttons correspond to the specific actions assigned to the user within the workflow.
-
Performing Fast Approve Actions:
- Users can select an action from the menu, such as Approve, Reject, Default, Event Form, or Sign.
- The selected action is executed without opening the workflow form, and the system updates the approval process accordingly.
